I am submitting this Request for Information to gain clarity on the appropriate zoning pathway for a residential development proposal along Oleander Drive, currently zoned OSC (Open Space Conservation District).
Our goal is to determine whether a rezoning to R-100, R-75, or potentially R-TH (Townhouse Residential) would be consistent with the Gwinnett 2025 Unified Plan and compatible with the surrounding community.
