If we cannot contact the developer, or any business associated with the area, where do we find the Covenants and Restrictions for the subdivision? I have looked at the MINER'S COVE website, but cannot find the homeowners/property owner's rules and regulations.

Additionally, it is not only the developer, but if the teams cannot contact professionals who have had business with the development, that rules out contacting realtors in the area to obtain these documents. I know in my area, most documents of this nature are not published publicly, but are only released to actively interested, potential buyers.
