Request for ETA on "Important Materials" document

Hey there -- Our team is eager to move forward with lot selection and more for this project, but would love more information from the impending materials document.

Is there an ETA for this document? Is there intent to keep it a mystery so teams who are on top of things will be checking the website regularly?

The important materials that we are planning to add will be plat plans for each lot that will give you more information about the topography.
