Is contractor fee included?

Our team has completed a draft estimate per the template.  The template does not have any line items for overhead, profit, supervision, insurance, etc.  Are these costs excluded from the estimate?  If not, how do you want them shown or discussed in the proposal?

This year, teams will be judged on the completion and accuracy of the materials and labor portions of the home estimate template. Because overhead, profit, supervision, and insurance vary widely depending on company structure and other factors, teams are not expected to provide exact figures for these items. However, teams are welcome to include additional line items or discussion of these costs if they wish.
