Lab ended by Google

I was working on my quest but the lab ended automatically twice, stating that I did not follow the instructions when I was just waiting for it to run. I followed the instructions. Could anyone help me solve this problem? Is there anywhere that I can see and know what did I did wrong and considered "not following instructions"? Thank you in advance.
