I can't even enroll the free credit through the link attached in the mail , does the date can be extend due to this issue? It has been 3 days passed by , thanks for your attention.

Hi Tommy can you try these step?

We request you to please follow the below steps to get one month access on Qwiklabs:

1. Please log out of the Qwiklabs account and visit the link (refer to the link on the previous email) in Incognito window.

2. Click on the Sign In button only.

3. Enter the credentials to login.

4.Click on the Enroll quest button.

5. You will get 1 or 9 credits in your account.

6. Please spend minimum time in the lab and end it. Once you click on the end lab button you will be granted with one month pass.

7. To see the one month pass, please reload the page once.

8. Check the "Credits and Subscriptions" section of your account.

9. You should have received 30-day pass after completing the process above.

Also make sure you haven’t completed the respective quest in order the code to be valid.
