GSI/LID + transportation

Hi,

I recently worked on NMDOT National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Manual update; including many GSI/LID best management practices. Looking to form a panel with similar projects - GSI within public ROW, LID under EPA discharge permits, DOTs changing approaches to include LID. Would be great to have a civil engineer.
