I just found this, it's an interactive global map of the sea level rise coastal vulnerability, based on the compilation of scientific data by the nonprofit scientific news organization Climate Central. They also compiled findings in a report (https://climatecentral.org/pdfs/2019CoastalDEMReport.pdf )

I thought it could be a useful tool in discussions of sea level rise so I'm sharing it:
