Dear Nor as I already said in my mails previously, I would have preferred to have the lectures all on the monday 11 because I am in lisbon as president of the society until saturday 9th. I cannot leave before.
You sent me a nice programme with arrows an I had understood that I was on monday. I am attaching it.
I am sorry for this inconvenient but I was quite sure to have understood.
If it is a problem for you I have to decline the invitation and i am so sorry fro this, but my role in European Pediatric society does not allow to leave the business meeting. Please let me know asap. I can come another time completely at my expenses and give a one day course without problems. I would be more than happy to do this. Let me know what you prefer.
I realise that it is so late and you cannot change again. Please let me know what you prefer:
-changing the slot to monday
-cancelling at all my talks. In this case it is my personal commitment to come (at my expenses) and give a one day course on paediatric soft tissue.
It is fine for me for both solutions, although the second to me is more easy at moment as I will stay just one day in Kotha Baru, for work problems.

The changes have been made..I think you are referring to the flier page which has not  been changed. But if you clicked on program...you will see you are talking on one day only. 

You are talking on one day only ie on Sunday 10th ..the date you preferred in your earlier email..but if you prefer now to talk on Monday only..that is fine because all the other speakers are already here before conference starts. We can change that..so can you now confirm you want to do it on Sunday 10th or Monday 11th

We will reimburse your flight ticket based on economy ticket air fare from your port of embarcation and we will give you when you arrive

Sorry for the confusion. Yes Monday is ok. Probably there has been a misunderstanding I needed all compacted on Monday to have the time to arrive from Lisbon.
