Can you please confirm in writing, for the benefit of my finances committee, that my accommodation and registration etc are paid for?
They are anxious for this confirmation before they approve my travel.
It would be nice for me to know where to aim for also upon arrival.

- Attached is the case histories of slide seminar ---I think we can print this and placed at computer Eddie -- print 5 sheets
- In my letter to Lyndal re accommodation -- I mentioned about speakers dinner -- which is usually done at all conferences --Aniza -- can you find out suitable restaurants where we can have speakers dinners -- Others boleh bagi ideas
- For Day 3 -- there is no dinners provided for speakers -- for those [International ones only] who want to eat in hotel -- can we pay for their dinner [charged to room] -- at most it would only be Rita and Lyndal . Anthony and wife may want to tour around ---what do you think?
- On poster boards -- Faez -- need to print poster board numbers
