[IMP] [Response Required] Schedule 4/11, Mandatory Training, Campus Map

Here is the schedule for 4/11.

I will be from now on sending out next weeks schedules on Fridays. If the schedule doesn’t work for you, I need to be notified by 5PM on Saturday. Right now the schedule has an open delivery in the river on Thursday. 

ALSO, we are transitioning this next week to using our new delivery associate app instead of the old list system. Everyone who has not been trained on the app yet needs to be, no shift can be completed this next week not using the app. 

The new app makes delivers and pickups much much faster, anytime spent training will easily be made up for by the efficiency of the app. 

Please come in on one of the following times to be trained before your first shift this next week: 

Today 4-6

Saturday 1-6

Sunday 2- 6

Monday  1 - 3:30

Email me when during these times you are going to come in. 

Also some of the River Houses are confusing, so HSA developed a map describing how they all work and where to find rooms in them. Find that attached.
