Hey everyone,
Two important notes about pickup shifts:
1. It is absolutely essential that you make sure that the bags you pick up are clenched before they go into the cart. Customers often do not fully close their bags, so it is your responsibility to shove the clothes in as much as possible and close the top drawstring as much as possible.
2. If it is not possible to close the bag to a point that it is mostly closed (no larger than a gap that would allow a tennis ball through), DO NOT PICK UP THE BAG. Send me an email with photos of the over stuffed bags attached and the bag numbers.
This is an extremely important note. When we send off the laundry and it is not properly contained in the bag, people's clothes get lost and it's a disaster both on our end and for the customer.
Best,
Ali
