I had suggested them yesterday, it should be at least one from each subject ( Phy, &Chem.) and also those who  teach at Govandi centre not some where else.

Dear All
It is regarding today's meeting at Gonandi. I am of the view that we should do away with Board Physics and Chemistry classes immediately, and instead extended the duration of new JEE-Chemistry class from presently 1.5 hours  to 3.5 - 4 hours. In the same manner Board Physics class should be replaced by new JEE-Physics class with the duration of around 3 hours. This will allow us to complete the syllabus of both these subjects within our desired time limit, and also students won't be over burden by any additional class since there will be no extra classes but only the replacements. We should all raise this point strong enough, so that the management agrees to it.

We all want this issue should be discussed at the meeting.

Yes I am with you and strongly agree with the same

The board  subjects are not difficult that the child cannot manage on its own, but getting the JEE portion completed is the most important thing at this point

 

We should also see that we don’t create a kiosk over there let one person at a time question them and give them time to reply instead of counter questioning one after another or even discussing among each other even then the teacher or faculty is present and replying to questions, lets create more professional approach

 

We know we have made mistakes but instead of going and looking at the past to correct things lets be clam and see the future

I sincerely appeal to everyone not to lose cool in the meeting and be patient, we have already suffered a lot, and past can not be retrieved back. We should look ahead and be optimistic. Wind may turn in our favor after today's meeting. We are meeting teachers, and they are not to be blamed for the present situation.

I am also in favour of replacing board classes with JEE  classes. However let us not underestimate the importance of getting good marks in board. Therefore even if we do not have board classes , we still should have board pattern exams at least once in a month.
