Hello
Are you aware that, we are far behind in Physics and
Chemistry and I don't see any way of completing these subjects even up to
January, the way things are moving at present. To simplify the case, I have noted down the topics in Physics that are yet to be
covered and these are listed below:
1.Gravitation 2.Wave Optics 3.Current
Electricity 4. Magnetic Effects of Current 5.Magnetism
6.Electromagnetic Induction 7.Alternating Currents
8.Electromagnetic Waves
9.Modern Physics 10.Electronic Devices 11. Communication System.
For
the past one and a half month we are just on two topics 1.
Electrostatics and 2. Geometrical Optics and both are yet to be
completed and may take one or two lecture classes more. The situation in
Chemistry is not any better. You can
yourself now imagine how bad is the situation as far as the covering of
syllabus is concerned. Ask your physics and Chemistry teachers how many
hours of teaching are still needed to cover the remaining portion. In my
view
we have covered only maximum 55%-60% of JEE portion as of now, and after
looking at the weekly timetables I feel our children are in mess. Your
Time table looks like, as if it is made for primary classes. What
are we going to achieve from such time table? There should be minimum
8-9 hours of teaching hours per day regularly on all the 6 days, then
the syllabus could be finished well in time. These irregular
class-timings wont lead us anywhere. You are intelligent enough to
understand our mental agony. The
situation is really bad and I see no solution coming out now.
Unfortunately you are short of teachers and we are paying for it. Some
bold steps are urgently needed so that situation doesn't get out of
hand.
