Meeting Notes

Immediate Action Items

1. Encourage registration in advance of the deadline  (http://planningpa.org/events-training/annual-conference). The marketing committee has created a flyer announcing registration and a blog post, which you can share.
2. Contact Keith McNally about donating a projector for use at the conference.
3. Volunteer as a walking guide to the opening reception on Sunday by emailing Rebecca Ross. Starting at 6pm we will need people to stand in the lobby and guide small groups to the visitors’ center. A map will be provided.
4. For a successful scholarship basket raffle, contact Kim Gusic and Rebecca Ross if you are able to sell raffle tickets during break and supply a basket.
5. Try out the conference app on iPhone or Android. Offer suggestions to improve the app to Rebecca Ross
6. Use the conference hashtag (#APAPA14) on Twitter.
7. Register for the Quizzo event on Monday.
