two additional proposals

There was the potential for two additional proposals after our submission deadline – one being a Census update and the other dealing with solar equipment permitting. After polling the Program subcommittee, I invited the two individuals to submit proposals on these topics. The solar proposer decided against submitting a proposal, but the Census proposal was submitted to me and I posted it in the Impacts of Changing Demographics folder. So we have 81 total proposals.
