Immediate Action Items

1. Please select your availability for the August meeting at http://bit.ly/2014ConfSep.
2. Encourage registration in advance of the early bird deadline of September 12 (http://planningpa.org/events-training/annual-conference). The marketing committee has created a flyer announcing registration and a blog post, which you can share.
3. All members of the conference committee are encouraged to help get the word out to potential sponsors. Along with the official sponsorship brochure, there is a 2-page Sponsor and Partner Organization Outreach sheet to guide committee members as they reach out to sponsors and a blog post on the APAPASE blog. WE ARE BEHIND IN TERMS OF FUNDRAISING.
