Hello All,
The April 14 2014 APA Pennsylvania Chapter Conference Committee meeting notes are attached and in the google drive.  As always, please follow up with the items at the top of the notes (posted below for your convenience).  Vote for the date for the May meeting at http://bit.ly/2014ConfMay by April 28, when I will announce the next meeting.  Let me know if you have any agenda items for the May meeting. I look forward to seeing (or hearing from) you.
Thanks again for all your help with the conference!
Justin

Action Items

  1. Select your availability for the next meeting at http://bit.ly/2014ConfMay at TRF (1700 Market St, 19th floor).
  2. All members who are interested are invited to a special meeting of the programming subcommittee where they will finalize the conference program.  Select your availability for a 5:30 meeting at http://bit.ly/2014ConferenceProgram.  This meeting will be the last chance to weigh in on programing.
  3. All members of the conference committee are encouraged to help get the word out to potential sponsors. Along with the official sponsorship brochure, there is a 2-page Sponsor and Partner Organization Outreach sheet to guide committee members as they reach out to sponsors and a blog post on the APAPASE blog.
  4. Push to attract affiliate organizations and businesses such as architects, engineers, and other related professions. APA-PA Southeast Section is compiling a list of agencies and organizations to partner with for future Southeast Section events.  Please take a few moments to view the Prezi Chart (http://bit.ly/APAPASEpartnerchart) and add any contacts to the spreadsheet link located in its center or here at http://bit.ly/APAPASEpartners.
