Program Subcommittee meeting Wednesday 4/23

Dear Committee:

 

This confirms that the Program Subcommittee will meet at TRF on Wednesday, April 23^rd at 5:30. Five subcommittee members, plus Justin, Ron, and Keith indicated they could attend. (Martha – a max of 8 should attend, for security guard purposes.)

 

Please tell the security guard that you’re going to TRF for an APA PA conference planning meeting.

 

We’d like to decide on which proposals to accept and which to reject or combine with another proposal. We should also discuss a time slot or slots for mobile workshops.

 

Martha and Justin should be able to set up the computer so that we can view the proposals and spreadsheet of scores. Thank you both!

 

Please use the call-in number if you can’t attend in person.

 

Please review the proposals ahead of time, if possible, so as to reduce the length of our meeting.

The highest level of participation in the meeting to discuss proposals and recommend a list to the full Committee seems to be on Wednesday, April 23^rd at 5:30 at the Reinvestment Fund.
