Please help ioby continue to grow and thrive, building on the foundation that Indigo has built in Cleveland already, by sharing our job posting for our Cleveland Action Strategist.

ioby is a nationwide nonprofit focused on building civic leadership at the neighborhood scale. We're looking for someone with expertise in community engagement that would be great at building our network of ioby Leaders in Cleveland. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience. It includes a generous benefit package with full coverage for health, eye and dental, a minimum of 27 PTO days in addition to holidays, and an attractive "Whole Person" policy.
