My apologies for getting back to you just now.
I just wanted to make sure I had all the answers to your questions before shooting off a reply.
Terms
1. PdP shall be requesting a consignment fee of 30% for the distribution of your products via www.punchdrunkpanda.com
2. We shall be remitting payments to you via BDO or BPI bank deposit (if you have accounts in these banks) after a period of a month.
3. We can give you a file of customers who purchased the products should be requiring their details.
4. Orders shall be directed to our website though and payments will be via check-out tab.
Inventory
1. We shall be requiring a minimum inventory of 20 planners to have on-hand.
2. In the event that stocks run low, we shall immediately get in touch with you for request for replenishment.
Promotion
1. The Go-Getter’s Planner shall be featured in PdP’s Muni Pop-up Shop.
2. We shall be requiring ad material and product photos from you.
3. It would be great of you could send us a photo montage/banner that we can use as a side ad.
4. Your planner shall be promoted via our website, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest (soon) accounts.

Oh one last thing, would you be requesting for a product lock-out? Or would it be alright to carry other planners as well?
