Hi Everyone,
How goes life for you all? Time flew by so fast this year it's almost a year since the Winter Intensive. You all have been in my mind and heart a lot because I had been listening to the recordings of our group processes!

I am writing because I would like some help particularly from those of you who are in the Masters program. In about 10 hours, I will be doing an activity on rank at a workshop and I want to check if someone knows more detail about this particular activity.

It goes like this: the facilitator asks questions that get at the participants' privilege. For each question, participants stand on a line which has a number scale that signifies the levels of privileges. At the end, the participants see that they actually have a lot privileges that they did not realize they have until now. These privileges also show that they have high rank.

If you recognize the activity I am talking about, would you be willing to write the steps to run this activity and a few sample questions the facilitator might ask. Or, if you know of other activities that would help people realize their rank and privilege and are willing to share, I would love it hear it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Much Love,
-Kanya
p.s. I facilitated my first public group process last week and I learned about how important it was that the facilitator need to see what the umbrella process is. Without it, the whole group process can be quite aimless and with it, even if the group process is chaotic and intense, there is an anchor I can always come back to. It was a pretty amazing learning for me.
