Hi,
I will try my best to assist, the biggest problem is that I am only available after hours. During the day I have to complete a time sheet and thus need to be at work for 8 hours daily. I can assist from 6am - 7am and then from 6pm - 10pm. That and the building is an ongoing BIG challenge but I will try to help. Robin unless you are able to help - it would be greatly appreciated
BUT please can we urgently look for a replacement estate manager, Terry if you can maybe contract a few recruitment companies or place an add, because we can't start looking for somebody once you are gone. I think we need somebody to start January 2015, then you can work with them, until your place is sold.This will ensure the person is fully trained when you leave us.
Or perhaps we can ask the owners of the estate, inform them of the vacancy maybe they know somebody. A referral is always better than a blank C.V.

Dear all,
Will be discussing the possibility again in our office this week to provide you with such service, and will revert back.
I just need to know, this position is not going to be a position permanently because my understanding is, that when all building are done there will be not sufficient work to keep such person busy all day, thus this person will needs to be appointed on a contract basis?
