Hi Juan

Thanks for all the work you have done with FANG and Doga and All, it's very much appreciated.

I'm inclined to send your 2 e-mails out to all the owners to show them that we do take breaches in security seriously and are doing something about it. What does everybody else think?

Hi Jacques & Shane,

Just to recap our action points form the meeting this morning……

1. Shane to draft a log sheet to show daily fence test results. To be signed by the guard every day and placed in a folder at the guard house. Ready for inspection by any trustee or owner.

2. Shane to lea’s with Conrad of Fang to set up a meeting for security staff training as to how to test the alarm system twice a day and identify zones triggered.

3. Jacques to draft security protocols for Paryskloof and send to Trustees for approval. This is to ensure proper procedures in case we have another security bridge.

4. Jacques to draft service level agreement with Paryskloof H.O.A. to be approved and signed by trustees.

Thank you for your attendance this morning and await your feedback.
