Dear all,
Number 35 has new owners since thursday, and are busy moving in today. They did arrange with someone from Muizenberg to install a side gate on their property to keep their dog inside.
On first I refused entrance, but after numerous calls from the owner stating that he did not know that will not be allowed I try to contact Juan but could not get hold of him.
I did say they can come in, they only neet to boar 4 holes and install the gate. I asked the owner that they should be finished by 1.
