Hi all, I suggest we send out a simple statement saying that at the last meeting the Trustees voted to give each of the regular (how many? ) guards a Shoprite voucher of R200 as a Christmas present.
What do you think?

I have spoken to Jacques on a previous occasion with regards to gifts to the guards.

 

Sometimes, owners give the wrong gifts, such as alcohol etc which are very tempting over this high season when guards needs to be on duty.

 

What do you suggest we mention in the letter to owners?
