The deposit has not being paid yet, but the requested amendments are being made, I refer to paragraph 4.6 and 4.8 on the attached agreement.
Please go through the document and let me know if there are any additional amendments, to enable me to revert back to Jaco van Zyl.
Jaco could you please exactly state to me what are the proposed procedure with regards to the digging of the trenches at house number 75 on our estate, to enable me to inform the owner of number 75 on our on exactly what is going to happen as he would like to know.

Our telephonic conversation of earlier this afternoon regarding the agreement for the cable trench to be excavated inside Paryskloof, has reference.
I understand Maryke had an operation and is not at work. For this reason I request your help.
I confirm that you will follow up with Maryke and then inform me of when the signing of the attached agreement document can take place.
My client is in Paarl Friday afternoon and available for a meeting in this regard.

Hi all, if this is correct then I think it is a waste of time! I'm guessing that they want it signed today so that they can start on Monday. In which case they will have finished the work long before the 60 day deadline.

Please refer to clause 4.6 of the agreement “KPE undertakes to pay a deposit in the amount of R40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Rand) into the bank account of PKHOA within 60 (sixty) days of the Signature Date.” In other words, we need a signed agreement before we can pay the deposit and not the other way around. This clause was added on the request of Paryskloof (Refer email from Maryke on 19 September 2014)
Shibbolet, developer of Kleine Parys Estate has agreed to all the terms and conditions of Paryskloof which surely must indicate that we are willing to work together in good faith. I must say that all the excuses and lack of communication is really frustrating and is a big concern with reference to the construction program.
We urgently request that this agreement is signed as soon as possible to avoid any further delays.

Can we please meet urgently regarding how we are going to handle the undermentioned items. It seems like there are just to many communication gaps here.
My client and I would like resolve this (sign and then pay the deposit) today. However nobody informed us that more information was required regarding no. 75 or that the payment must be made upfront.
Myself and Howick would appreciate a meeting with the relevant trustee/s who will be responsible for signing the agreement and to solve all outstanding questions. I await your response.

I have not received any volunteers to meet with the next door developer to sign the agreement.
But I also haven’t receive any feedback on my request below with regards to exactly what is being planned infront of number 75.
And we also haven’t receive a deposit, so I assume this all will be on ice till requirements are met such as paying the deposit and giving feedback on what is planned infront of number 75.
