Hi  all, Juan just called me about the contract,  following my comment about the 60 days for the deposit.  He suggested that we reduce this to 3 days and the penalty for late completion be increased to R1000. I agreed to his suggestions and he is going to forward these revisions to the contractor/engineer and if they are agreeable,  Juan will meet them about 16:30 to sign the contract.
