Dear friends,
As you know me well, I am always up to something!
I am currently spearheading an effort to coordinate a monthly day out in Los Feliz. This event will include businesses in Los Feliz offering specials, live music and an opportunity to connect with fellow community members.
I am reaching out to my contacts to ask for ideas you might want co contribute of anything that can make this effort a success.

Dear friends,
Los Feliz Night Out! Launch event in this Thursday, July 17th! I wanted to update you on the status of the project. We are starting the event with almost (3 short of) 500 likes on our FB page and almost 200 RSVP's on our Facebook events page, and about 30 participating businesses all over Los Feliz Village!

If you didn't get a chance to attend, participate or otherwise be a part of LFNO!, the second LFNO! is scheduled for Thursday, August 21st, and is themes "Back To School."

Please let me know if you like to connect us to any school related projects.

So far we have two projects in the works for LFNO! 8/21/14

1.King Middle School will be setting up a recyclables collection station at GSLF (greenspacelosfeliz.com/) and we will be putting a call out to residents and businesses to collect and donate recyclables with redemption value to be dropped off and King Students will trade them for cash to be donated to King Middle School.
2.Pending approval from Los Feliz Branch Library, a reading from "I am Malala" will be scheduled and open to the public and " I am Malala" books will be available for sale.

We are looking for more community partnerships, so please email me your thoughts, ideas and let LFNO! be a platform for your creativity and passion!
