Hello everyone,
I need to value a company for a corporate finance assignment. Do you have any suggestions for a possible company which might be easy to value. im looking for a company with a relatively simple capital structure. Any suggestions?
PS: I dont want anybody to do my homework just looking around for options :) :)
Regards,
Prarthana

Hi Prarthana,
I think using market multiple like P/E,P/S,EV/EBITDA etc would be an easy option.Take the multiple of list peers from money control.com or Google Finance & apply it for valuation after some adjustment for diff in relative risk due to size, capital structure, lack of marketability etc.
