v  Based at DA MIRACLES Pune (Maharashtra) premises would source candidates for placement with different clients for international ITES

v  Sourcing of candidates through different recruitment tools like Naukri.com, Monster.com etc.

v  Screening of candidates.

v  Evaluation of candidate.

v  Validation of the candidates.

v  Lining up candidates for drives.

v  Following up candidates for drives.

v  Briefing up candidates for the interview.

v  Client Interaction.

v  Handling Key Business accounts

v  Following up with till induction.

v  Following up with them till guarantee period.

v  Building client base and Filling the open positions

v  Would be responsible for the candidates for attrition within Guarantee Period.

 

Note : There may or may not be a service bond depending upon the amount the Company/Industry spends on imparting training to freshers. Further there maybe a condition that if an employee leaves the job within certain  prescribed time period the cost of training maybe recovered from the employee.

CTC offered:

FRESHERS – 2.00* LACS + Incentive

EXP. CANDIDATES – Up to 3.00* LACS

FIXED SHIFTS & FIXED SUN WEEKLY OFF’s AVAILABLE
