Program Architecture: The Graduate Sales Trainee Program (YPDP) 2015 program is a 1 year program broadly divided into 4 phases:
- Induction and Orientation (1 Week) in Bangalore.( Traveling expense will be reimbursed and accommodation will be provided).
- Posting as Graduate Sales Trainee in respective location.
- Quarterly review and on the job training with assigned targets for next One year.
- Training Evaluation & Assessment
- On successful clearing the assessment , confirmation and posting as Territory Sales Officer ( In the locations where open positions are available )
