• Prioritise daily workload; work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Present, discuss service to senior level
Complete daily field work on number of targets given
• Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
• Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements
• Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Business Plan
• Daily tracking and making reports and send the same by end of day, maintain lead database daily
• Gain Market knowledge and report to office every week/Researching the Real estate market and understanding the areas we can tap
• Solid understanding of sales concepts
• Maintaining and updating customer database
• Networking of real estate channel partner for generating business

Note : There may or may not be a service bond depending upon the amount the Company/Industry spends on imparting training to freshers. Further there maybe a condition that if an employee leaves the job within certain  prescribed time period the cost of training maybe recovered from the employee.

CTC offered: 3.30 LPA

Training/Probation period:  6 months
