Today, 20-6-16, is the 58th birthday of our dept. which was established on 20-6-1958.
2 more years for the diamond jubilee!!
The repairs and renovation work of the dept. was possible only because of the generous contributions by our alumni.
The 3 faculty members, 1 former faculty member and 42 alumni generously contributed to the Psychology Alumni Fund and
a total of Rs. 5,80,254/- were collected.
Rs. 4,63,454/- were used for the repairs, renovation and upgradation of the department in November 2015.
The balance Rs. 1,16,800 will be used in the next few months to further upgrade the department.
The dept. looks very good and bright now.
All who visit it, appreciate the new look and also the wonderful contribution made by the alumni.
Today in class, as the present T.Y.B.A. batch clapped and cheered for the dept.,
I remembered all donors and all past T.Y.B.A. batches.
