Attention All Coaches:

I will be ordering trophies this Friday and I need your team name and all the players names

as they would like them to appear on their trophy.  Please ask all parents/kids what they would

like and the correct spelling.  Some kids have shortened names or different last names they

would like.  For example:  Their name might be Joseph Smith-Collens.  They may only want

Joe Smith.  Please do not assume.  ASK!  Also, if your write "The" in the beginning of your

team name, it will appear on the trophy that way.    

Please get back to me by THIS FRIDAY.  I need to get the orders in so we can get the trophies 

by the last game.
