Today's Game & Next Practice

Hi All,

It was a good first game today. I think the kids developed a better understanding of the rules and mechanics of a game. I saw them make some good runs, fall back quickly to defend.  I suspect that many are playing the game format for the first time and they were not quite used to passing the ball much :)

We will try and focus on passing in the next few practice sessions. Please note that the next practice session on Tuesday will be a special session run by some visiting UK coaches. It will be in Sutter field at a slightly adjusted times - 4:30-6PM.

PS: Deepak had to pull out of the assistant coach position. We need to fill it ASAP. Any volunteer? It will go a long way in providing more help/guidance to the kids during the practice sessions.
