Graduation day...

Dear all

(Graduation Day) 

1) Be present tomorrow @07:40 am in the department as communicated to you earlier

2) Collect attires from M.Tech Lab by submitting your ID card 

       

3) @08:00 am: Proceed towards volleyball court for photo session. (During this time no attire will be distributed)

4) Then continue with the day's proceedings (beginning with procession )

After the function is over :

1) come to the department and return back the attires in the M.Tech lab only.
Ensure: no damage is done to the Attires.
2) collect your certificates

3) spend some time in the department

4) proceed for lunch
