Hearty welcome to the 5-Day IEEE workshop on "Applications and Research Directions in Big Data".

Chief guest. Prof. Jayant Haritsa, Senior Professor and Chairman, Dept. of Computer Science, IISc. He will also deliver keynote address.

Part A: Hands-on workshop on Hadoop Ecosystem

Date: 9th Feb to 11th Feb, 2016.

This is mainly focused on MTech/research Students,Industry delegates and Faculty. This will give them fundamental understanding and hands-on knowledge of tools that are necessary for research in this domain.

Part B: Invited talks from industry and academics
