Thank you for your comments/feedback on the online testing system. After considering all comments, I came up with the compromising solution as follows:

+ The HW will be sent to your as an electronic copy (in pdf format). You will work on it to your your answers. 

+ After finishing your HW, you  have to go to the online system to enter your answers which will be graded right after you finished the HW.
