@Group 9:

U can implement Digital Real time clock with stop watch feature.

@Group 3:

You have to vary duration of stop time(Red light) for vehicles in narrow lane depending on heavy traffic on narrow road and less traffic on Highway(atleast 2 different values of duration of red light eg. 60sec and 120sec). 

@Group 2:

Hope ur CPU doubts are cleared, if not, mail/call me.

PS: Anybody can call/meet me in Telcom Networks Lab(Bharati II-307) on Thursday/Friday between 2-6:30pm for clarification, if needed.
