Hey Team,
Amar & Samip - UT Concho Garden (distribute 2013 t-shirts, wristbands and snacks) & possibly Dell Children's to distribute snacks and wrist bands (i'm sure the seniors would like to visit with Samip briefly since they won't be able to make the kick-off).
Sohail - would you mind distributing 2013 t-shirts, wristbands and snacks to Festival Beach and Green Corn Project (both on the eastside of town) - will distribute at kick-off
Ami - Zilker Botantical Garden & Sunshine Project (both at Zilker) - you can distribute the 53 2012
t-shirts you have in your car along with wrist bands and snacks.
Mark - i see you are signed up for Pecan Street Festival, so I will give you some wrist bands (I think they will have their own t-shirts)
Varsha - You will take care of Knowbility project (you can take a few wristbands and a few extra shirts from kick-off)
Lesley & Mrinalini - Voter Deputy Training - I have set aside 2013 t-shirts for the volunteers getting deputized and will bring to the training.
Ketan - Sunset Valley (I will give you 50 wristbands tomorrow)
Amory - American Youth works is down south, would you mind checking in on them and distributing 2012 t-shirts and wrist-bands? Would you also be interested in checking in on the Animal Shelter volunteers?
Sonia - Austin Partners in Education & Miracle Foundation - distribute wrist bands (t-shirts from 2012)
Kick-off volunteers/speakers/performers, Voter Deputy Training, UT Concho Garden, Festival Beach, and Green Corn Project volunteers will receive the 2013 t-shirts (I've sorted them out). George has 100 or so 2012 t-shirts that we can distribute to the other projects as assigned - we will have to sort tomorrow or at kick-off).
Thanks!!
Sonia
