hi! Team,

So there is a chance (hopefully a very slight chance) that it might rain/thunder this weekend, so we should probably start talking rain plans.

1) Sites  - the Volunteer coordinators are tasked with communicating the rain plans with the registered volunteers.

2) Kick-Off Event -In the event the forecast calls for a strong possibility of rain this weekend, we might want to decide on a day/time where we make the decision to move the kick-off event indoors (many of us will not be by a computer all day Saturday, so I'm hoping by tomorrow night we will have a better idea). There are a lot of people i'll need to communicate about change in location (i.e. speakers/performers/essay contest winners, etc.). I might just include the rain sit info in my confirmation e-mail with everyone tomorrow and then have them text me to confirm location on Sunday if it's raining...hmm..

Please let me know your thoughts..of course there is a possibility it might not rain ;)!
