Hey! I hope everyone will take a minute TODAY. The senate passed a bill which cuts education programs. Go to this website which Ms. Feste posted in her "letter" assignment which I have copied below. There is a pre-filled form where you can just put your name and address and hit send. It goes to our state representatives. Every email counts!!! The budget cuts "More at Four" which is an award winning program which has be proven to boost test scores in 3rd grade. It also cuts "Smart Start."
Cutting these programs is the wrong thing to do. Early education starts the foundation of smart leaders for tomorrow.
