Sturmovik seven hex blast area?

5.2 says it is a blast area (46.51), so i believe this is seven hexes against infantry.

If i read this correctly,

One "TH" roll for all targets, like Stukas.  You either hit them all or miss them all.

Only AFVs in the single target hex may be hit.  AFVs in the surrounding blast area hexes are not effected.  However, soft-skinned vehicles would be effected on the IFT.

All infantry in the seven hex blast area would be hit.  

If the Sturmovik misses, no AFVs are effected and the seven hex blast area is resolved as area fire after correction.
