Wall DRM for crew exposed ?

In a situation where a crew exposed tank is being fired upon on the IFT in hopes of buttoning / stunning the exposed crew; and the target tank is behind a wall that would give it hull down protection if it were being fired at using the To Hit process. 

 

64.44  The turret/cupola itself provides a +2 DRM against the incoming infantry fire. 

Q:  Does the wall provide an additional +2 DRM for the exposed crew?    11.53 in the Q&A document references this situation regarding crew exposed infantry in a halftrack, and says they are considered to be "above" the wall and do not benefit from the wall's +2 DRM.   

Wouldn't the same logically apply to an exposed tank commander?

The wall TEM does not apply to a CE crew on the IFT.

If you fire HE at an AFV then use the hull down vehicles target type (for the wall) and apply any TK roll to the IFT against the CE crew.

and don't forget the +2 to the CE crew for the wall like nature of the AFV (like i did).
