Hey guys! I just spoke with Becky and Ashley and there is a lot that needs to be done in the next two weeks. It is imperative that everyone is at the meeting this Sunday (especially if you are interested in staying on the team next year or having a different position/like manager). 

TO BE DONE THIS WEEK (IMPT!!!!)

1) You all need to reach out to the sorority presidents which you reached out to before about attending their chapter meetings Sunday and Tuesday. We will discuss in the meeting what you will be updating them on. 

Please chat with Lauren if you are having trouble. Lauren-please check in with everyone about this. 

PENN FASHION WEEK

Ashley and Becky will be arriving Monday the 26th and staying until Tuesday night. Everyone will need to be at opening night helping sign girls up, help them rent and manage the RTR materials. 

If you cannot make it, you need to let me know now. This is the one time when Becky and Ashley will see our team in action (and see those of you who would like to potentially be managers for next year). 

INTERVIEWS

Ashley and Becky would like to interview girls for next years team. They would like the team to have at least 2 girls from every sorority for next year. 

The interviews will be Monday from (1-5) and Tuesday (9-12) at einsteins in Houston. 

We need to start advertising this asap through listserves, facebook, etc. 

Please keep all this in mind for our meeting on Sunday@3.
