Hey guys! THE MEETING THIS WEEK IS SUPER IMPORTANT SINCE IT IS THE DAY BEFORE OUR BIG EVENT- IF YOU CANNOT BE THERE- EMAIL ME TONIGHT. Here is important info you need to know:

Interviews (Monday, 2-5, Einsteins Bagels)
-Becky, Ashley and Nikki will be arriving at campus at 1 p.m.
-Interviews will start at 2 and end at 5
-There will be three interview-slots for every 15 minutes
-YOU ALL MUST SIGN UP FOR AN INTERVIEW ( i will resend out the form after this email)
-PLEASE REACH OUT TO GIRLS IN YOUR SORORITIES OR OTHER FRIENDS WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED

Opening Night (Monday, 7-9, Hall of Flags)
-Please arrive at 6 in your rtr dress
-we will need around five computers
-You will be handling all the RTR stuff- we will assign specific roles on Sunday
-The RTR ladies will be there so be on your A game
- if girls rent at the event they will be able to rent a second dress (at any price) for free!


Fashion Show (Inn at Penn@9)
-reps will be there between 8:30 and 10:30
-sign up for a one hour shift ( I will resend out the form after this email)
-bring computers
-goal will be to sign people up, hand out collateral, and promote rentals for formal, etc


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THIS WEEK- PLEASE!!!
1) reach out to your sororities about the interviews by email/word of mouth/chapter etc (please have at least 1-2 girls sign up from every sorority except SDT-->send them the google doc)
2) Reach out to your sororities or clubs about borrowing clothing racks for Monday
3) email out to your clubs/sororities about the event and post it on your facebook! Tell friends to come!

I really need your guys help this week with everything! Since these are the only three things I am asking of you, it should not be too hard- please be able to report back at our Sunday meeting. I am hoping to see more girls sign up on the google doc for interviews and hope to see your friends and sisters at our event!

I am applying for a work study job and there is a training session on sunday from 2 to 6 so if I get the job I won't be able to attend the meeting. I am sorry its such short notice.

would earlier in the day work better for people?- I want to make sure everyone can be there! ( I know Robyn can't)
