Hi,
Getting ready for the hackathon? Here is stuff you should know about. Please spend some time to read through this email, watch the linked videos and presentations.
Familiarize yourself with the new APIs and technologies with Google I/O presentations
You will use your own computers and devices to hack, bring your own laptops, Androids and chargers with you. Have your Android development environment set-up (SDK, Eclipse, Eclipse plugin). There will be displays and Google TV boxes that can be used for development.
Seed your ideas!
Add them to this spreadsheet. We would like everyone to have a good sense of what idea and team he/she will be working on. Final team formation will happen on Friday night. Monitor the spreadsheet and think which ideas you’d like to work on most - maybe you decide to join that team!
Good to know
To keep the energy meter high, there will be a constant supply of free food and drinks.
If you feel green feel free to bike, there is a bicycle garage at the Campus.
