我先来说：

上一届MC:

young去巴基斯坦做MCP/Elyn斯里兰卡MC/Zac美国MC/Oli加拿大MC，还有去AI的Maggie和Crisette 

Michelle，台湾人去年来大陆做MC，她的故事很励志。。。从一个不爱跟人竞争、害怕当众讲话的女孩变成台湾MC还去选了MCP（虽然没选上），她讲过自己当年作为金融系女生的一个故事：大家都在疯狂的涌向某投行宣讲会的时候，只有她一个人向着相反的方向走去，别人拉住她问她为什么不一起去，她说因为这不是我真正喜欢的事情呀~

杨士豪，之前哪个LC的LCP来着，去非洲教会当地妇女卖手工品（可向黛妮询问）

Cactus，08年汶川地震去不顾学校反对跑去支援，回来09年在人大建立DTD。现在DTD已成为全国national project。Cactus本人做完MC后去了AI工作（具体可问谢聪）

袁乙婵，上次宣讲会来过，RUC的BoA，前UIBE LCP，做完MC后去了麦肯锡，现在自己开公司

Echo，前前前...RUC LCP，RUC的BoA，去新加坡UBS工作（还是UPS？？），get bored于是回国创业，现在开了个教育公司

我觉得小蔷找的例子都不错，关键是挖掘里面的点。

比如我们说的slogan是explore yourself & impact the world，

而且假设我们的target market是两种人，一种是公益心特别强渴望给世界带来积极影响的人，一种是希望在@里锻炼自己提升能力的人。

那显然，对于第一种人，可以讲cactus和Michelle的故事；对于第二种人就可以讲王海洋，袁乙婵的故事。

讲每个故事，都要明白讲这个的目的是什么，受众是什么，不然故事就白讲了。

而且，重在挖掘与@的联系哟！因为我们天天听的故事实在太多了，想想让我们的故事和别人的不同的点在哪里。。

那拉这个人EB争议比较多，但是他在 AIESEC 之外成立的「大未青年」还是很牛逼的，也算在公益界很有名气的一个人，而且包括「大未青年」「黑苹果」在内的一个关于「中国本土新兴社团」的文章在校内很火，那拉在校内也算是一大红人了，是由很多宣传点的。但是这个人性格和做事比较偏激，我们宣传的时候避开这种东西，我觉得还是可以做的

来晚了....

1. 杨世豪是南京去年的LCP 其实我自己不是很清楚他整个故事的来龙去脉...回头我问问他...

2. 王则开是几年之前的LCVP 那会儿应该还不叫project 后来做了MCVPICX吧没记错的话 然后和florent, maggie一起选MCP没有选上，然后自己和朋友创立了世青创新中心，主要是做青年人的公益啊之类的事情，也是人大劳人的研究生，去年毕业的吧没记错的话...具体世青创新中心是什么 大家可以看一眼附件 是他们的介绍

3. 那拉是个比较奇妙的人咯，没做过VP的，但是一直对公益都有着无限的热情和激情，所以也非常活跃在公益圈子里面，对AIESEC感情也比较深，他和王则开都去了这次巴西的里约峰会，创立了大未青年这个青年人的公益网络平台，主要通过人人还有googlegroup进行宣传，定期也会举行大未聚餐这样的活动联络感情，主要以志愿者的形式维持，定期更新一些公益信息什么的，张娅楠应该是做过大未信息整理的志愿者。

我觉得故事都是有的，关键OC要什么样子的故事，像小蔷归纳的几个类型是挺好的，但还是要明确所有的故事指向的Point是什么...

是说AIESEC平台很大能给很多人创造机会做自己想做的事情影响世界，还是说AIESEC能让你有很好的职业发展，还是说能把你变成很牛逼的人...

我觉得OC一定要统一这个Point是什么，才能在所有的日志中体现出来，才能让看日志的人明白我们讲这些故事最终的目的在哪里，这个很关键啦，OC每个人都要清楚，不管问谁，你们的答案都是应该一样的~

另外就是讲故事的方式...这个也很关键，故事来去都是那些，有的细枝末节我们也没办法了解更多，所以大家也要考虑清楚这个问题，有的东西你们没有办法写成日志的，就去写状态，140字的怎么着都是比较好渲染感情的...>< 

还有就是之前小蔷就有提到过的，希望这次CI多说说AIESEC作为一个组织它给社会带来的impact，我觉得这个是AIESEC非常独特的selling point，也是学校其他社团所没有的东西.....

我可以再补充几个人供你们参考...

梅贻咯，MCP 10/11 你们可以看他自己的日志，还是写得很好的

Gloria，MCP 09/10 UIBE的，做完MCP去了AI，之后在DHL做实习

Viola, MCVP Finance 10/11，之后去马耳他做了MCP

Maggie和Sophia的故事我就不讲了....

2。创造积极社会影响力型（杨世豪，Cactus这样的）

我觉得张令麒在肯尼亚做China Night也算是创造社会影响力的...

魏娜，MCVP PBoX 11/12 继续去非洲做MCVP PBoX 本质上也算是社会影响力的创造 只不过是通过AIESEC这个平台...><

近日我在坦桑尼亚走访了很多EP 他们告诉我很多人不加入AIESEC是觉得这里浮夸

这里的人每天都讲英语 讲领导力 开个会 跳个舞....这里的人总是去世界旅游

也就是说 他们都没有看到AIESEC创造的Impact

只是看到了表面的 照片 宣传贴给他们的message

他们看到的什么 AIESEC带你看世界的这样的帖子 都好像旅行社的帖子...

而且这样也会招来很多只想旅行的EP啊 甚至是sense不好的member

所以在Promotion的时候 可以用那些精彩的事情

人都是一个样的 今年是她去波兰 明年是他去波兰的 

但是事情是不一样的 

牛逼的人不是因为人牛逼 而是做了牛逼的事情

showcasing your impact

传达了对的message 最后选择AIESEC的人大多数也都是对的人

另外

一定要去宣传我们的impact，太多人都实在不知道我们到底在做些什么

这些基本上是昨晚和思卓聊天的时候我俩达成的一些共识，所以大家没事儿一定要多聊天，和EP聊啊和RTN聊啊和EB聊啊和不懂AIESEC的人聊，带着目的去了解这些人的想法，这样才能有更多的想法出来，同时别老是逛人人和微博啦，世界很大，有很多网站很多新闻很多书可以看可以得到Input~ 

其实我觉得很多EP多少做了一些事情带去给世界Impact的，OC都是做OGX的，都有returnee的联系方式，必要的时候找到他们问问他们都做了什么，总是会有故事的。

牛雪琦去柬埔寨我记得就是有和孤儿院什么做过一些事情的，但我不记得具体的了...

张令麒做个china night 也很优秀啊

之前有个EP叫孙骁骁去了乌干达，现在又回到非洲了，你们可以搜一下他微博，叫做骁的行走，好像是

之前DUT有EP去非洲做明信片做得很火热的，翻翻人人日志应该能找到

柳思卓在坦桑也有认识EP做明信片献爱心的呐

之前RUC自己EP去乌克兰做了个什么中俄乌青少年发展计划，结合三个国家的EP一起做的项目什么的
