Hi All,

Committee meeting for week 6 will be in Kinsey Pavilion Room 1240B from 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM. The first 30-40 minutes of the meeting will be events preparation reports from each departments, and the rest of the hour will be individual meetings for every department.

Besides, Qinyan Chen will be hosting the committee meeting this week. Food and drinks are provided =) Anyone who is interested in helping her with set-up please fill free to contact her. Her email address is: chenqinyan@ucla.edu
